NC-SARA Enrollment Data

Spring 2024 Reporting (for 2023 calendar year)

WSU is a member of SARA (State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) and as such is required to provide data regarding any students (enrolled in an online or a physical campus undergraduate or graduate program) who are completing an on-ground placement activity outside of the state of Washington but within the U.S. and its territories for credit which will count towards degree attainment and professional licensing. (International placements are not tracked for this report).

If the out-of-state on-ground placement activity occurred (started, even if not completed) at any time during the last calendar year – between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023 – please report the activity. If a student participated in multiple on-ground activities during this time in a state, territory, or district, OR in more than one state, territory, or district, please separately report these activities as well. Please note: Virtual placements are not required to be reported.

Examples of on-ground activities include, but are not limited to, internships, student-teaching, clinical rotations, practicums, etc. Activities not associated with earning of credit do not need to be reported.

If you have no students placed on-ground out of state, complete the top portion of the form as to submitting individual, contact information, degree program/programs of students you are representing, and a note that there were no student placement activities to report. Be certain to select the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form when all entries are completed.
