Weekly Tip: Weekly Tip Round Up: This Year’s Most Helpful Tips

As a faculty-focused department, we value your feedback. This week’s tip highlights a few faculty favorites that were voted as helpful by readers in the 2021-2022 academic year.

Most Helpful Tips of 2021-2022

  1. Exploring Applied Learning Opportunities with Creative Corridor: The technologies available through Creative Corridor offer endless opportunities for you to develop hands-on lessons that help your students achieve learning outcomes in more engaging, authentic ways.
    Creative Corridor is a campus-wide program that provides WSU students with access to cutting-edge technology to use for creative pursuits. The program’s mission is to spark creative inspiration through the use of innovative technology while encouraging collaboration between students and faculty members. 
  2. Preparing Your Semester Schedule for a Summer Session: Converting a 16-week semester course calendar to a summer schedule poses some unique design challenges. This tip provides some considerations as you begin converting your schedule.
  3. Use New Analytics to Support Student Success: New Analytics is a useful tool within Canvas that provides a simple and scalable way to track student progress and support student success. It also provides an efficient way to identify and message students based on specific criteria.
