We are contacting you regarding your Fall 2021 course:

In the past, you may or may not have used a Blackboard course space for this course. But if you did, we want to be sure that you are aware that WSU’s contract with Blackboard expires on August 21st.

After August 21, 2021, all Blackboard course spaces will be unavailable, and we will be unable to recover coursework from Blackboard courses. 

Below are your options. Please reply to this message with the option you have chosen:

Option 1.  We recommend that you allow our team to transition your Blackboard course space and its content to a Canvas course space. 

Option 2. You do not utilize an online course space for this course and therefore will not need the course space migrated to Canvas.   

We will support you as best we can with either option, but we encourage you to consider Option 1, and allow us to move your course to Canvas.  

Please reply to this message with the option you have chosen.  This will prompt an AOI service ticket with our office that you will receive via email so we can best serve you and your students as determined by your answer.
